GENE HAYDEN - After many years in residential real estate, the vast majority of Gene’s business is with satisfied repeat clients and referrals of their friends and family. His approach is consultative … asking lots of questions and listening carefully to ensure the clients’ wants and needs are met to the fullest extent possible.

Beyond helping them with sales and purchases of personal residences, Gene has helped many of his clients with their investment real estate goals, whether by buying a rental house or duplex using their personal funds and credit, or buying it as an asset within a self-directed IRA or 401k. He is also well-versed in 1031 tax-deferred exchanges when clients are interested in growing their portfolios, or in liquidating properties in a controlled tax-deferred fashion.

Gene has a long history of volunteering for the Boulder Area Realtor Association and was honored with its Distinguished Realtor Award for that service. He also holds the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation from the National Association of Realtors.
